How is EngageLeap priced?
By what you need: how many projects you keep open, and which features you use. The packages above are a starting point. If none of them fit, tell us your situation and we will work something out.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, and you can start it from the website without talking to anyone first. If you would rather be walked through it, book a demo and we will do that instead.
Do you offer government procurement pricing?
Yes. We work with cooperative purchasing agreements and can put a quote together in the format your procurement process needs.
Where is data stored?
Where your organization is. Canadian customers sit in Canadian data centres (Azure Canada Central), which covers FOIPPA, PIPEDA and provincial requirements. US customers sit in US data centres.
What security certifications does EngageLeap hold?
SOC 2 Type II, and we follow NIST CSF. If your IT department wants the documentation before you go any further, ask and we will send it.
